These white oak tongs are perfects for salads, serving bread, or grilling. They use the natural flexibility of the wood as the spring action and lay perfectly flat in a drawer. They are finished with 7 coats of food-grade shellac for a very hard and durable surface. (Just do not use them with anything alcohol-based, as that will dissolve the finish.) Comes with a brass pin that will not rust. Available in three different sizes (measurements are approximate and each will vary slightly).
