Shipping Policy
My shipping policy reflects my commitment to delivering your handcrafted pieces with care and efficiency. I take great pride in ensuring that your items are packaged securely and shipped promptly.

Shipping has become a very expensive and COMPLICATED process. Most companies will offer “free” shipping by setting the standard to the fastest and most distant possible shipping charge and then passing those costs on to the customers. Unfortunately, nothing is free these days. This process increases costs for everyone and significantly disadvantages people living close to the artist. I think that is disingenuous.

Thus, I am open with my customers about all shipping costs and options. I typically ship USPS or UPS and charge a flat rate for most items to assist in the cost to get the item to you safely. For large or heavy items, I have to have a higher flat fee and will likely ship UPS or FedEx. Very large items such as furniture will require personal delivery or freight, which can get VERY expensive. In short, I offer a variety of different shipping options to meet your needs and never pad shipping prices. I offer free local delivery and pickup as well as regional delivery for large items frankly because I like to meet my customers. If you want to meet "half way" that helps out as well (and perhaps we can get a coffee or beer).​

Return & Exchange Policy
At Roth Farms Woodworking, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your piece, please reach out. All of my products come with a life-time guarantee (my lifetime, as I am the one fixing it) on craftsmanship assessed and determined at my discretion. However, please understand that wood is a natural product that moves, warps, and changes over time. Thus, I cannot cover natural movement of the wood or problems caused by misuse or abuse. I am dedicated to ensuring that your experience is positive and your piece of art is designed and built to last generations. Nevertheless, I will always do my absolute best to address any concerns you may have.
